30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. This means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused, undamaged, clean, and returned with all included parts, accessories, manuals, hardware, packaging materials, and original product packaging when possible.

Products that show signs of installation, drilling, heavy use, damage caused by improper assembly, missing components, or customer-caused wear may not be eligible for a full refund.

Free Returns

Shelvora offers free returns within 30 days for eligible orders. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label or another return solution depending on your location and the product type.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may be delayed, refused, or not properly matched to your order.

Refunds

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Once an order has already been packed, shipped, or handed to the carrier, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after delivery under our 30-day return policy.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, building reception, parcel locker, neighbors, or household members.

If the package is still missing, contact us at support@Shelvora.store. We will review the tracking details and help you with the next steps. Depending on the carrier information and investigation result, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Return Inspection

All returned products may be inspected before a refund is approved. We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, altered, dirty, or not in a condition suitable for resale.

For home organization products such as storage cabinets, wall shelves, pegboards, hanging shelves, and rolling carts, please ensure all screws, hooks, panels, wheels, ropes, brackets, connectors, and accessories are included when returning the item.

Refund Delays

If you have not received your refund after approval, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
